Symetrics Industrial/Health Worker Program

Overview

Symetrics is an institute for integrated physical rehabilitation. This allows our physiotherapists, chiropractors and massage therapists to work together when treating patients. This can be especially beneficial for the treatment of employees that have been injured in the work place.

Our Industrial/Health Worker Program and its providers will help patients return to work in a timely fashion. At Symetrics, patients are treated through our strengthening and work conditioning programs. We also have functional capacity evaluations and work demand analysis.

Industrial/Health Worker Program Protocol

• We will take patient within 48 hours of referral or sooner GUARANTEED!
• First visit assessment and treatment.
• Phone employer that day (or within 24 hours) to explain:
• Findings/Diagnosis
• Time Lines
• Set up Modified Work ASAP.
• Fax treatment plan to employer within 24 hours of initial assessment.
• Reassess patient on date stated on initial assessment report.
• Fax progress report and call employer to discuss return to work and/or FCA.
• RETURN TO WORK: may be handled by company personnel. If return to work cannot be handled by company, arrange for therapist to assist company in return to work plan.
