Gillian is a graduate from Laurentian University in Sport and Physical Health Education with her certification as a kinesiologist. Kinesiology studies the biomechanics and anatomy of the human body and in turn can analyze, monitor and enhance human movement in all settings and populations.
As SYMETRICS' kinesiologist, Gillian is committed to and responsible for each patient she sees in the gym. She will demonstrate, progress and at times design gym exercises and/or programs for specific patient needs. Through her encouragement she ensures that the patient receives the support they need while she monitors and gives proper direction for correct execution of their exercise(s).
