John Davis B.Sc., P.T. , B.A. (Hons) P.E., M.C.P.P., CG (IMS)

John Davis is very proud to be co-founder and co-owner of SYMETRICS. He enjoys every aspect of his business, from treating patients in need, to helping patients become better athletes and through functional capacity evaluations helping patients get better and return to the workplace.

John received his B.A. (Hons) in Physical Education from the University of Western Ontario. He also attended the University of Toronto where he received his B.Sc. in Physiotherapy, graduating in 1989. His post-graduate courses include Manual Therapy and Medical Exercise Therapy. For one and a half years John worked with the Waterloo Sports Medicine Clinic. In 1990, John came to North Bay where he co-founded Physiotherapy North, now known as SYMETRICS.

John also has received training in the Gunn IMS system for the treatment of neuropathic pain.  John is an avid golfer and enjoys pursuing the pleasures and pains of such a great sport through 'swing analysis', exercises to improve your golf game and golf related injuries. He has completed Level IV in the "FitforeGolf" seminars...so if you need a little help with that swing!
