Stephanie graduated from the Massage Therapy program at College Boreal in 2007. She joined the SYMETRICS team shortly afterwards and continues to be an integral part of the team.
During her time at SYMETRICS she has treated a variety of conditions including: Stress, anxiety, headaches, whiplash, tendonitis, frozen shoulder, thoracic outlet syndrome, nerve impingement, pre and post-operation cases, ITB syndrome, sciatica, and more.
Her focus is manipulating the soft tissue to free it from restrictions, trigger points, tension, swelling, and scar tissue. She utilizes a variety of techniques to achieve these goals such as therapeutic and Swedish massage, fascial work, trigger point therapy, hydrotherapy and various stretching techniques. Returning the body to a natural injury free state is always her goal!
In addition to some of the deeper work, she has also attained her Hot Stone Certification to offer an extremely relaxing experience. The use of heated Basalt Stones melts away tension and creates a sense of well-being.
Being a part of an integrated clinic and treating a variety of conditions and clients is truly where Stephanie belongs.
